MI The Illegal Music Two Review

The Illegal Music Two Review
First of all I want to send a big shout out to Mr Abaga for giving the upcoming emcees a chance on this one, an interesting development. Everyone handed a slot here killed it, even Ice Prince spitting his “best verse ever”.
The Mixtape is composed basically of samples, a trend since illegal music one. The fact that MI has projects both for the hardcore rap fans and commercial scene is well appreciated by the music industry.
Coming Home Ft Tooni serves as an intro to the mixtape, next is 6ft ft Phenom followed by Lost Ft Loose Kaynon which is the first single off the mixtape and definitely my best track on it, I hope Loose Kaynon releases a mixtape soon. He delivered one of my top 5 verses on the tape. Sex, Love Bs ft Kahli Abdu; Sweet track. I was expecting more from little brother and big brother though. Do I Move You; this reminds me why M.I is the happening rapper, he doesn’t have to brag, he just is.
N’OTIS Ft Pryse; all i can say is she represented well and Star Ft Efa and 5 Mics didn’t disappoint either. Superhuman Ft HHP; goes with a Frank Ocean sample, with this M.I has started ‘something’. The XO BIT XO Senavoe Ft M.I; simply XO, extra ordinary!! Fuck You Ft Ice Prince; not feeling the accent at all but the lyrics are on point, Ice Prince delivers another of my top 5 verses on this mixtape. Eyes Ft Makiller; Makiller doesn’t dull on this one. A ‘chorus’ would have made it nice.
Export Ft Yung6ix; Correct and on point plus i love the production on it. Beg For It Ft Matronomy and Funbi; ill combination on this one, they all had the fire. Ridiculous Ft Hench and Boogey; Hench’s verse and Boogey’s are out of this world, almost outshined the man himself. Pain Ft Pope and Shaydee; nice production; yes to the delivery; Pope! Better preach to them, Shaydee...no comment. Loving Me; hmm, I guess he did the track for ‘him’. Heart Of The City Ft SDC and Ruby; Nothing disappoints here from the beat to the features. Flower Ft Ruby; tells us he still rules the game. M.I gave a rounded performance on this one; I think it was a bit too long. The featured artists didn’t take this opportunity lightly and M.I produced majority of the tracks. So not beans!
